Biggs MHC

The Biggs MHP was a 44 lot park with a lot of double wide homes with carports and metal roofs. We received a call from one of our lenders who had heard through the grapevine that this property would be hitting the market in the next week or two. We were able to reach out to the sellers and meet with them before the property went live. They ended up accepting an offer before it ever hit the market. Relationships matter! Our intentions were to hold this property for the long term but we received an offer for almost double what we paid for it and sold it before five months of ownership.
